I wonder what Krishnamurti would have to say about diets as a cure for obesity or the hottest fitness craze as a cure for lethargy?
Until we start asking ourselves big questions about why we are on this planet and what is truly important to us, there is no real change. Maybe we don't ask ourselves questions because we don't want to know the answers.
Please try to see through the poor quality of this video for the pure gold that exists in it. It's really long so either set aside time to watch the whole thing or watch it in more digestible snippets.

There's some explanation of why post workout nutrition is so important from Kyle Byron, Nutritionist.
Also, seems that Greek Yogurt is the new miracle food and a perfect post workout snack. High protein, low cal, and nutrient rich.
Here's a link to a Toronto Star article written back in October.
"Greek Yogurt has about 18 grams of protein per serving, at least double that of regular yogurt. Its thickness also makes it a good substitute for sour cream or as a marinade. Or just eaten with honey and nuts."
Just remember, your workout doesn't stop with the sweat. 80% of your results are dependent on your nutritional habits, especially right after your workout.
